Can I indicate my preferred delivery date/time?
As our delivery is done by our 3rd party delivery partners, delivery date and time is subject to operational arrangement. As such, we are unable to specify a delivery date or time for our customers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Free standard shipping is applied to all orders above $100.
Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $100.
Do you ship to countries outside Singapore?
We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online.
Customers outside of Singapore who wish to purchase La Soie products will need to contact us directly.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery would take about 3-4 business days once items have been shipped.
My address keyed in at checkout was incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and we will get back to as soon as possible.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you are not satisfied with any products you have received, please contact us.
Can I amend my order once payment has been made?
Once successful payment has been made, the order is deemed as being complete. We apologise that no amendments (including cancellation or refunds) can be made once that happens.
What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

Are your skincare fragrances natural?
The fragrance of our products is solely the result of the synergy between these ingredients. Each of the ingredients included in our products is chosen for the benefits it offers to our skin and will not elicit any negative reactions such as headaches commonly experienced when exposed to products containing synthetic fragrances.
Are your products alcohol free?
Yes, La Soie products are free from alcohol.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?
La Soie products are held with the highest standards of safety. They are safe to use for new and expectant mothers. In addition, we do not include ingredients that are recommended to be avoided while pregnant. On top of that, our products are formulated without the use of parabens, petroleum-based ingredients, silicones, chemically synthetic fragrances and coloring agents.
Are your products tested on animals?
No way! All of our products are tested on humans only.
Can I use your products with other skincare products & cosmetics?
Yes! La Soie products are ideal for all skin types and can be seamlessly incorporated into your existing skincare routine. But we do strongly recommend sticking to our products for maximum efficacy.
Do your products contain GMOs?
No, our products do not contain genetically modified organisms.
Do La Soie products contain preservatives?
Our products contain only natural preservatives. A preservative of some type is generally needed to maintain freshness and guarantee the shelf life of the formulation. Any natural product that is not a powder, solid soap or strictly oil-based, requires a preservative even if it's not listed on the label. We do not utilize toxic preservatives. Among the ones we do use are Grapefruit Seed Extract, Asparagus Extract, Pinaster Extract, Cinnamon Extract, Rosemary Extract, Ginkgo Leaf Extract.
How is Silk Crystal® different from other silk based products?
From the outset, we NEVER boil, or decompose with acid, alkali or enzyme, the silk fibres – while this method does indeed break down silk, the Fibroin resulting from such a harsh procedure effectively renders it no better than skincare created from other non-silk material.
Instead, we have invested intensively in Research and Development, and are able to utilise our proprietary technology to extract Fibroin from Silk.
Why are you called La Soie?
We believe in the sensational power of silk for the human skin,
La Soie (“La-Swa”) reads “The Silk” in French.
Where are La Soie products made?
Our products are researched, developed & manufactured in Korea, with high quality ingredients sourced all over the world. We never outsource the production of our products. This allows us to ensure that our manufacturing process is met with the strictest & highest of standards every step of the way.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have been tested for a shelf life of up to 12 months before opening. Due to the natural nature of our products, once opened, shelf life is 6 months. To maximise the shelf life of your products, it is best to keep them in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight.
Where can I find your products in stores?
At the moment, you can only get our products through our online store.
If I am concerned about the signs of ageing, what La Soie products will work best for me?
Your skin will benefit from any of our products, but in particular Intensive Restore Serum.
Intensive Restore Serum is packed full of antioxidants and Vitamin C for the anti-ageing benefits. It is highly concentrated for maximum efficacy.
I have eczema, can I still use La Soie?
Eczema triggers are different for everyone, so it’s hard for us to say that using La Soie skincare products won’t cause you to flare up.
However we have had some great results with customers prone to eczema.
We suggest always performing a patch test on hidden skin first if you have concerns.
